Since 1998 we have been running the Vinus - Peters Weinbistro in the old town of Brixen/ Bressanone with much love and enthusiasm. With the opening of our Wine Bar & Kitchen our dream of a joint restaurant in which I could devote myself entirely to my great passion for wine and Paula to her passion for South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine, came true.
After years of experience in luxury hotels in Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Paris and London, I returned to South Tyrol and managed the Michelin starred restaurant Pichler in Mühlbach/ Rio di Pusteria for ten years. When we then took the decision to open our own Wine Bar, I incorporated all my experience into the concept for Vinus - Peters Weinbistro. Today, Vinus has become a popular meeting place for wine lovers from South Tyrol, Italy, Austria, Germany and many other parts of the world!

All wines are blind-tasted by me personally before they get on my shelfs. The price-performance ratio and aroma must always be in harmony.
